Masters College draws attention to the special relationship that has developed over a decade with Taisei Junior and Senior High School, Aichi, Japan. We are very pleased to be an important part of their overseas programme in New Zealand and look forward to a long and fruitful joint venture.
Masters College is also working closely with Tararua College, Pahiatua and Makoura College, Masterton. Tararua College is a forward thinking rural school with an excellent NZQA and NCEA record, through both NCEA credits and unit standard programmes with special emphasis on Outdoor recreation, and Rural Studies. Makoura College is where students from Masterton's sister city in Japan, Hatsukaichi, are hosted during their annual visit. Tararua College rents facilities to Masters College for some of the intensive ESOL and activities courses, especially for the annual visit by Taisei Junior and Senior High School from Aichi Prefecture.
